If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or defective:

Refunds or returns for reasons like change of mind, personal preferences, or after the seal is broken will not be entertained.

We do not charge any pickup fees for approved damaged product cases. Our delivery partner will arrange the pickup from your location.​ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
